David Elder, President and Board Member
David, a 15-year veteran of the electronics industry, is president of Reserve Power Cell. Prior to forming Reserve Power Cell in January 2004, David was president of County Alarm Systems, a company which he co-founded. Previously, he was a senior manager at an alarm installation and security consulting firm.

Jim Champion, Chairman of the Board
Jim is no stranger to building a company. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Jim began his civilian career as a salesman for Riverdale Chemical Company in 1971. A vice president by 1978, Jim took over the reins as CEO and president in 1981. At the time Jim sold the family-owned company in 1999, Riverdale Chemical had annual sales in excess of $45 million. Given his proven entrepreneurial success, Jim serves on numerous boards, and has served on the Board of Advisors for the prestigious Coghill Capital Management, a $500 million hedge fund.

Former Rockwell Automation president and chief operating officer Jodie Glore is another Reserve Power Cell board member with impressive credentials and experience dealing with the largest automotive companies in the world. Under Jodie's helm, Rockwell Automation, a world leader in industrial control and communications, grew to $4.5 billion from $1.9 billion in just four years. Rockwell's clients include all of the major car companies, such as GM, Ford and Toyota, as well other industry giants, including Proctor & Gamble, Eastman Kodak and Kraft. Jodie has served on numerous United States and international boards, including BF Goodrich, National Electrical Manufacturers Association and Reliance Electric Japan.

Ron spent 39 years with 3M, the diversified technology conglomerate, and dealt with global automotive OEMs during his more than 25 years of leadership positions in 3M's automotive division. An accomplished former executive VP at 3M, Ron brings unparalleled expertise at marketing to the world's automotive manufacturers and parts suppliers. Ron holds an MBA from Eastern Michigan University and a B.S. in Business and Marketing from Lewis University.
